Abstract
This chapter aims precisely at demonstrating the generality and richness of Boudon’s work by compiling some of these recent applications of his seminal social theory. It will be divided in two main sections: the first section will refresh the reader’s mind on Boudon’s approach and general theory, while the second section will focus on some applications of his methodological individualism and general theory of rationality to various topics including education, relative frustration, gambling, policy evaluation and legal studies, radicalization, terrorism and security studies, and conspiracy theories.
