Abstract

Drawing on case studies of teaching and learning leadership, this final chapter synthesises the key themes that emerged across the cases to reflect on commonalities between the narratives. This summative analysis of lived experiences provides the opportunity to identify insights across the cases and inform the higher education sector to consider strategies to actively support activities that academics and professional staff may undertake to engage with teaching and learning leadership in higher education institutions.
