Abstract

Law 1448 of Victims and Land Restitution aims at redressing victims of the armed conflict and promote peace through an agrarian and transitional justice focus. The authors analyse the trajectory of political and media debates regarding the Law using a methodology in which rhetorical and framing analysis converge.
