Abstract

Uneasy Vespers for choir, soloists and orchestra. Part I of this work was commissioned for the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society's 150th anniversary celebrations in 1991. The newly composed Part II now completes this Liverpool composer's searching exploration of the contemporary choral soundscape.
